You can refuse the purchased goods without explaining the reason before receiving it, at the time of delivery by the courier, as well as after receipt within 30 calendar days. Return or exchange of goods is possible if its presentation (packaging is not opened), consumer properties and the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (receipt) are preserved.

In case of violation of the rules and regulations on the use of goods from our side, we undertake to compensate the buyer for an order value of 100%.

Cases of return of goods that have already been opened by the buyer or when the integrity of the packaging by the buyer has been violated are considered on an individual basis. All complaints and suggestions regarding these cases, please send to sales@herbo.bio.
